What Happens When You Call
The first few minutes belong to you. Share what the property is, who else shares in the decision and the date you have in mind. From there we lay out the usual order of events, from pricing and paperwork through escrow and closing, so the coming weeks are easier to plan. If a video meeting or a sit-down at our office in Jackson would help, we pick a time together and keep it.
Licensed as a real estate broker since 2021, we also carry the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert designation, which counts for a lot when two people need to sell one property fairly. Plans change, especially with inherited property or a separation. When a date moves, we tell you promptly and explain what it shifts further down the line.
